This Asian-theme fireplace surround is quite popular. The following are some close-ups so you can see the details.

These two close-ups are both the right side of the fireplace.




the tiles along the top of the fireplace
These pine bough tiles go across the top of the fireplace, joining the cherry branches. The radiate outwards to the left and right from a central butterfly symbol that is meant to bring good luck.

These two tiles were made for the mantle above the beach fireplace.




This is the very large fireplace surround I created for the home of Xena, the Warrior Princess, Lucy Lawless, from hand-made terra cotta clay, then hand-painted.

For around a fireplace (these are wall tiles, so they should be installed at least 4" from the edge of the firebox)or as a mural, 6" tiles start at $60.00 each, 8" start at $150.00 each.
